Your ideal weight would be 135 lbs so 151 lbs is OK.
If you want to go on a vegan vegetarian diet (no dairy products, no eggs, no meat) you had better do a search for vegan + “health hazards” as there are traps in such a diet.

It’s always a good idea to limit your milk and dairy intake…it’s real high in saturated fat and it can add “padding”. Increase your protein intake while you’re at it. That builds lean muscle.

Yeah. Less meat will help with the less athletic part, and less dairy will help you look more slim.

Just try to eat healthily.
Cut out the saturated fats in your diet and replace them with unsaturated fats, which can be found in olive oil, nuts, and peanut butter (just to name a few).

Eat what you want, stay healthy, and forget about how other people see you.
If you can’t be comfortable with who you are when you’re healthy, you’re setting off on a very dangerous path – just look at all the deluded people who pop up on here asking for dieting advice.
Don’t be a slave to how you look.

blah, don’t worry about all the people lecturing you on this about being controlled about how u look, and that u are going to be a slave to how u look…..
my advice is eat whatever u want in moderation…
If u want to look slimmer…. why don’t u start doing more running and cardio exercise.. this will take bulk off your physique… and cut back on the carbs u are eating…. the milk.. u do not need in your diet as an adult…
hope it helps…
