Vitamin B complex includes folic acid and insositol, which helps to rotate the growth circle quickly. Also I use Kevin Murphy hydrate me shampoo/conditioner. all of his products are amazingly concentrated! they are proffesional grade products so the prices are a little steep, but worth every penny!

Hey Beth, personally I think you should try Main and Tail shampoo and conditioner (rite aid and cvs carry it, plus shoprite) great brand. This is NOT color protectant so if your hair is color treated plan to either use the shampoo/conditioner you already have and alternating it with the Main and Tail every other day. (monday M&T Tues your brand Wedensday M&T etc.) Also to help strengthen and keep your hair stronger and less brittle (and prevent split ends) use Fructis Leave in Conditioner. If you have shoulder length hair use just a dime size in your hand, anything shorter use slightly less, longer slightly more. When you go to blow dry or straighten your hair use a heat protectant such as Rusk Heat Protectant. It’s a mist that comes in a bottle that can be found at beuty stores such as sallys beuty supply store or Ulta. (Ulta.com or Sallybeautysupply.com) When you apply it, after washing your hair apply a small amount of the leave in conditioner like told before, after your run it through out you hair, use the Rusk Heat protectant by lightly misting it on your hair but NOT TO MUCH. just enough that after say 1-2 quick 2sec mists tussle your hair and make sure you get through out your hair. After then blow dry. Even if you don’t blow dry/straighten your hair do this process either way. It’s a great way to maintain and help grow stronger, healthier hair. It works, hope i helped!!
