Exercise is very important. It is essential if you are going to be able to lose weight and to live a healthy life. Try not managing your time, try managing yourself. Also beware of people who steal your time. The time is there if you get organized…it’s your health and future after all!

Have a plan! You may think you are following advice, eating less and working out enough, but unless you have a specific plan and know why it’s going to work, it’s going to be extremely hard to make your 20 pounds of weight loss happen. Just a few pounds might come off, but you need a plan to make sure you keep losing weight for all 20 pounds.
I recommend buying a plan to start – having something all laid out for you, just to follow, makes it so much easier to get over the hurdle of changing your habits, and it’s very encouraging. Look for something comprehensive. I have a few really good plans that I’ve reviewed on my website, I’d recommend Fat Burning Furnace for you – it’s easy, quick workouts, light dieting and the results are long-term. The plan called Fat Loss 4 Idiots (i hate the name) is kind of strict on the dieting, but it had really good results fast – they claim 9 pounds in 11 days is average – nice and fast, just not something you want to keep doing forever.
