I would like to grow my hair longer and thicker. I don’t really know much about hair care products other than what people have told me (non-alcoholic, no silicone). I would love to learn a great way to achieve longer, fuller hair. I know i must sleep with a silk scarf and pillowcase, wash bi-weekly, and avoid heat. what else?

sn: I have relaxed hair, but I am considering switching to texturizers instead. I would appreciate someone to answer with a little experience. thanks!
