Question: Weight loss question… help please
?
so here’s my typical week…
Sunday: elliptical 50 mins… level 5… 6 miles
Abs for 20-25 mins
Monday: Body sculpting bible for women day work out
elliptical 20 mins… level 5… about 2 miles
Tuesday: elliptical 50 mins… level 5… 6 miles
Abs for 20-25 mins
Wednesday: BSB for women daily workout
20 mins on the elliptical… level 5… about 2 miles
Thursday: elliptical 50 mins… level 5… 6 miles
Abs for 20-25 mins
Friday: BSB for women daily workout
20 mins on elliptical… level 5… 20 mins
Saturday: OFF
For food, I usually eat the healthier options in my chow hall (in the military), I don’t usually finish my plate, I drink a lot a lot a lot of water…
My question is, with this agenda, is losing 35 pounds before july an outrageous goal…?
I believe in myself, and feel like I can do, I just get in ruts and I need a little inspiration… a few tips… just help in general… what do you think?

YES you will make your goal, based on the amount of Cardio you are doing, and assuming you eat healthy. Remember, you have to Burn More Calories than you take in in order to burn off fat. Fruit and Veggies are FREE Calories; chicken steak fish are close to free because they hold less carbs. what kills the diet is the bread, crackers, PASTA, and carbs that tack on alot if Calories. Keep Cardio up, Carbs down, and dont eat within 2 hours of bed. Keep it up!
