Question: What is the best exercise machine for a large woman looking to lose a lot of weight?
I am 5’7 and weigh 278 pounds. I have been working on losing weight and I have already lost about 20 lbs so far. I want to know what the best exercise machine would be for me to buy to workout on and burn off my excess fat! A treadmill, bike, etc? I just need some opinions on what is best and advice on how to achieve maximum results on said equipment! Any tips or pointers will be appreciated

I was almost the same weight, I had a stepper, you know the thing that imitates stairs? I didn’t buy it though it was given to me. But if I could have bought something it would have been a treadmill. Walking every day is the best way

Bikes or treadmills at your size would be good. Look into resistance bands and getting into a lifting routine as well. For goodness sakes DONT DIET. Work on getting a good mealplan you can sustain forever. Diets dont work because people stop doing them and regain the weight. Learn to change your lifestyle and continue to exercise and eat healthy even after you get the weight off that you want to lose. For now, on the bikes and treadmills at your weight it would be best to start easy but to be sure and put in sufficient time. You should be tired when you get done. I suggested resistance bands because you can do it at home and they are so versatle. Bodylastics is a good brand to llok at. They have workouts available as well. In fact you could go to walmart and buy bands if you wanted and still use their workouts. THey are on liveexercise.com for free. Walmart bands wouldnt be as good but you could still use em. Good luck. Main thing is gonn abe keeping discipline on your eating and staying with the workout whatever you choose to do.
