Hi,I did the following:

Question: Need a workout schedule and specific diet advice?
I am a confirmed sedentary girl who has in a suicidal moment signed up to run a half marathon in February 2010. HELP!! I get out of breath if I tap the keyboard too fast…..
On the flip side, have lots of will power and commitment and can spare an hour every day for preparation.

LOL well it sounds like you fucked run every day take it slow thow first do about 1-2 miles slow then work your way up!!! and breath slow and deep threw you nose and out your mouth.Stand up tall because this will give you mor air in your lungs.and deink plenty of watter the day be 4 your run

Hahaha Funny, What I would suggest for a half marathon is a whole lot of long runs. Usually what I for my 5k’s is a mix or tempo and long runs but half marathons are an awkward race. Go out on the longest run you can even if it’s only 3 miles. You should work up to maybe even 16. That’s what my long run is. Eat healthy when you start your training. Do this very slowly because it’s a long time until 2010 but don’t over do it and get hurt.
