oh, and i’m from the Philippines. It’s really hot here and that makes my hair oily and capture dirt easily, so when i shower in the morning before school, my hair gets rinsed, and when i shower at night after school, i shampoo to remove the dirt. This only happens on weekdays when there’s school though. And on weekends, i only shower once. In short, i wash my hair daily because i have to.

Go to a salon and get a conditioning treatment this will cost about £20 and also get a trim while your there to get rid of any split ends
DON’T!! wash your hair allot I recommend to my clients to wash there hair just twice a week.

Have you got access to Avon? If not go on the website and order some “Professional hair treatment”. Its a small pot of conditioning cream, that adds a shine and gloss to your hair. My hair is not alot smoother etc.
If you straighten your hair go out and buy some heat protect sermon or spray etc. Maybe change shampoo and conditioner, I recommend, herbal essences.
Remember to get your ends cut every 4 months, this just makes it grow back alot fuller and more viberant. Thank you.

I used to have dry and damaged hair too so I stopped straightening my hair and using any heat appliances to my hair and I began using elvive nutri gloss cream which you can get from any cosmetic store and its really good as it helps to smooth your hair and makes it soft. If you have naturally curly hair and you don’t like it I could not recommend john frieda’s frizz ease curl reviver mousse enough. It is really good you can use it on all hair types and it helps to stop your hair from going frizzy and it helps to make your hair look neither greasy or dry put nice and shiny. Hope I’ve helped.

Go to a solon place then ask them to condition your hair then get it a little trim for no split ends and don’t wash hair too much just like 3 times a week.
