i am the same way but i recently started a diet and began to force myself to work.
think of exercise more like work….and you have the responsibility to know that you HAVE to go to work
that works with me.
also dont think too much about having to get ready to hit the gym, or how boring it can be..once you feel lazy and dont wanna go ; just grab a magazine and look at those people who lost weight, that should inspire you. or think to yourself, i wont loose the weight or gain the muscles i want by sitting on the couch eatting cookies all day..you have to think positive and motivate yourself. force yourself to go and in a week you’ll get used to the routine. i promise you.
best of luck!

I am always feeling lazy when i have to exercise, but when i think of after I have finished working out. i always feel so relax and all my stress are gone. i could feel that i sleep deeply and soundly at night. once you get on the treadmill or wotever the machine is just tell youself that i have been in my training suit now and there is no point to change back. when u feel like not working out put your gym suit on immediately! think that your health is important and if you want to live a longer and healthy life just think that 40-60 mins 4-5 times a week of exercise and give you the huge benefit then you will be more motivated! hope this helps

If you set a goal to achieve a certain target and tell everybody about it, the deadline and public commitment will motivate to you do what you set out to do. You can take part in 100 day challenge to keep yourself committed:
http://www.100Day-Challenge.com/
The 100 Day Challenge is a structured 14-week performance improvement program where participants challenge themselves to achieve their goals. From what I know, many participants set goals like lose weights, live healthier lives, be more discipline in workouts, etc. and achieve them before the 100 day ends.
During the challenge, the Goals guy will push, poke and prod you everyday… and won’t stop until you get everything you want out of your life for this 100 days. You can watch the videos about the challenge in here: http://www.squidoo.com/Start-Fast-Finish-Strong-100-Day-Challenge
