Makeup for very pale skin and hazel eyes?

Hi,I did the following:
Question: Makeup for very pale skin and hazel eyes?
So I’m in 8th grade. I LOVE makeup, but we have really strict policies at our school (no heavy makeup, can’t dye hair, etc.). Lately some teachers say I have too heavy makeup, and I don’t like it when people tell me how to do my makeup because I wanna be a makeup artist. But anyway, please tell me something that I could wear to school on my eyes that isn’t heavy, but includes shadow, mascara, and liner. Thanks!
I just want to say, I prefer black eyeliner because brown makes my eyes look tired.
The answer in the following:
Answer by Pink
Those with hazel eyes look gorgeous in neutral colors such as brown. Many hazel gals have found that brown-based shades give them a fail-proof, gorgeous look every time. Pink is also considered to be a member of the brown family, though few realize it. Using a romantic pink, especially in the spring time or in the winter when you want to look irresistibly rosy, will help to play up the color in your eyes just as effectively as you would in your cheeks. Cream, beige, and taupe are also fool proof neutrals for hazel eyes. Grey and black can also really make hazel eyes pop; just be careful not to overdo these dark colors for daytime.
Often suggested for brown eyes, purple shades also make a stunning contrast to haze eyes. Shades such as lilac, lavender, violet, plum, and even eggplant can really make you eye color pop. Pair with a purple liner for a more dramatic effect.
Sunny shades also work nicely with hazel eyes and draw attention to their rich golden tones. Consider shades such as:
Gold shimmer
Sunflower
Mustard
Wheat
Saffron
Sand
Many hazel-eyed women who have mastered the art of eye shadow swear by a combination of pinks, browns, and occasionally greens. Other colors can also look great on hazel eyes, but in order to keep the selection process down to a reasonable level, these are three of the most recommended shades
