Question: Looking for nutrition advice for a healthier lifestyle?
Hi, I am really trying to overhaul my lifestyle and habits for the better. Currently I smoke cigarettes and drink. I am also 15 lbs. or so overweight and have a higher then healthy body fat percentage. I am in my mid-20s and know that I have to make some changes now before it’s too late. I am starting a 30 day Bikram Yoga challenge tomorrow and am looking for some nutrition advice as well. Some meal plan examples, suggestions for the types of food to increase or decrease in my diet, as well as any recommended vitamins or supplements would be fantastic!

Lots of exercise. I would recommend to stop drinking and smoking. talk to your doctor about a diet. Being a couple of pounds is actually ok but only 6 or so
