Question: It hurts so much when I workout during my menstruation, what should I do?
Even if I take pills it doesnt help, it does not hurt during the workout. I start to feel the pain after like 3 min. Should I avoid working out during this week? Or are there any specific workouts just for women during period? If so I would love to get some tips!

if you arent able to work through the pain you should stop. Sometimes you’ll start to cramp up but if you continue the pain subsides. That is something you need to try, try working through the pain and maybe it will let up other wise call it a day. Activities such as jogging and yoga may be best when on your period. I’d avoid abdominal workouts.

You should alter your workout during your period to something that you are comfortable with. Short walks, yoga, and other relaxing exercises are recommended. The walks should be at least 5-10 minutes in length. You should try to get some exercise during your period, doing so will actually decrease your cramps. I find that swimming in a pool is the most comfortable exercise during my period, or sitting in a jacuzzi and doing short sitting down exercises helps as well.
