Hi,I did the following:
Question: Help Please, Diet Advice. How Was My Eating?
im 16, female, 5ft and 8stone 11 pounds.
im trying to lose weight, aswell as be healthy.
i ate:
porridge
1 actimel (yoghurt drink, probiotic, fat free)
1 boiled egg and wholegrain bread.
Irish stew (stewing steak, onions,carrots, celery, leeks in soup) with half a potatoe.
i also drank, half a litre of water and 1 coffee.
tips, advice and suggestions all welcome

yeah not enough
add a apple or something
and a meal like chicken soup
meal plan
B oatmeal , fruit and nuts tea or coffee
S apple a cheese stick
L turcky on wheat and carrots
S mixed nuts
D salad with soup

and now to your question: i think you need to ass some things to your meal. People who dont eat enough do get fatter, because it slows down their metebolism, is you eat a little bit more you would be perfect weight[:
