Hairspray leaves dusty covering?

Hi,I did the following:

Question: Hairspray leaves dusty covering?
I do my hair in the morning like most people, but my hair is weird and tends to reject products. So i use a little more than most. I use a hair gel, mousse, and a hairspray, am I using too much? Because by about noon I have a layer of what seems to be dust on my hair. Anyone know how to prevent it?

i have that same problem use axe gel (even tho imma girl) and some brush out hair spray and no moose

the dust is probably for the gel, it tends to look a little more dandruffy. my hair doesnt hold anything expecially curls. if i were you i would just subtract the gel and use mousse and then hairspray.
