No. Nothing can make your hair grow faster. Hair grows an average of 6 inches per year. Your genetics have influence, which could make it grow faster or slower than that.
Vitamins are a WONDERFUL supplement to a healthy diet when trying to grow your hair. MSM has also been believed to be a hair health booster.
Make sure you’re taking care of your hair until then….trim only split or broken ends; no need to go to a salon, you can do that yourself.
Jojoba oil is great for protecting your hair, it coats the hair and seals in moisture. With fine hair, be careful not to use too much, or you’ll weigh your hair down and it’ll look like you haven’t washed it. The key is to start minimal, and you can always add more. It adds a GREAT shine to your hair.
Don’t twist your hair, if you have that habit get out of it. It causes stress on your strands and can break them. Find another habit when you’re bored.
Switch shampoos. Or at least educate yourself about what’s in the one you’re currently using. Companies take consumers for granted, and put chemicals in their shampoos that their only purpose is to make it bubbly. Then this leaves a film on your hair and scalp. Suave shampoos might as well be laundry or dishsoap.
Watch out for conditioners with chemicals ending in ‘cone.’ These coat your hair to create shine like oils, but they build up and can make your hair look dull. With fine hair, these could be counterproductive to your goals.
Speaking of GOALS….set a goal every 6 months or so to evaluate the condition and the length of your hair. This will keep you motivated. You can create a journal and post pictures of yourself at certain points and also add pictures of other longhairs who’s hair you like.

Try unrefined coconut oil. Massage into scalp once a week or more. Leave in for at least an hour. Shampoo and rinse.
Good luck.

Daily Dose: 5,000 IU. Warnings: More than 25,000 IU daily is toxic and can cause hair loss and other serious health problems.

I had really thick hair when I was younger but then it started going thin a few years ago. I now use Dabur Vatika hair oil and leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning. It has seriously made a huge difference. My hair is really thick again like it used to be.
It can also help your hair grow fast coz my friend had her hair chopped off to shoulder length. She really regretted that and her hair also grows really slow. She started using Dabur vatika hair oil and you should see her hair now…it’s sooooo long and gorgeous.
