Hi,I did the following:

if i want to dye my hair from light brown to blonde do i have to strip any color off and if not do i jut use the dye like regular? does loreal make good blonde hair dyes?? i have dyed my hair with loreal dark colors before and it worked but idk about blonde color any tips? oh and does blonde dye damage hair more than other colors?

yeah blonde is def. damaging bc u have to bleach ur hair to achive the blonde.
to not use do it ur self at home dye fro blonde bc hair usually pulls orange(trussttt meee)
get it done professionally (spellcheck) its only abt 30$

Yes, going to blonde from a dark color is way more damaging because to get to blonde from a darker color you would have to bleache it otherwise it could come out green or orangey.
I am 16 and have been dying my hair a LOT. I’m sticking with natural now, its a lot better looking and healthier on your hair! And The brand i use to use to do blonde is Super Blonde bleache. At snyders in my town it is .

And don’t get obsessed with it like i did, my hair is so dry and damaged now! So if you do make sure you know thats the color you want to stick with for awhile, use heat protectant and only shower every other day. It sounds gross but showering everyday dries your hair AND skin out a lot! And once you start showering every other day your hair gets immune to it so it doesn’t get as greasy as quickly.

You definately need to bleach it before dying it. Get it professionally bleached. I tried dying my hair blonde, and it looked orange because I never bleached it. My recommendation is to just get all of it professionally done. The color that you can buy at the store usually has low quality.
