Question: Does sleeping with your hair in a very high bun help increase hair growth?
Like flipping your hair upside down and pulling the root upwards and then putting it in a bun? because i know a lot of girls who sleep like that and their hair is long… does it stimulate growth because it pulls the roots…or what?

No, that just pulls the roost out. that damages the hair. i dont think u should try that.

Answer by Lena J
I think it would cause hair to fall out unnecessarily.

No, pulling it from the root just causes harm to it and makes the growth slow down.

If you want your hair to grow faster, get a daily intake of vitamins and drink more water. Also it’s important that you get a trim when the ends start to look split and stringy.

Hair tends to grow faster during warm weather. hope i helped!

Answer by Aly
yea it does but nothing makes it grow really fast, just a little faster. Some other tips are- do not brush your hair when it wet- it will make you loose hair, and don’t flat iron it or curl it to much or it will be damaged pretty bad- and make it look older.
