HUN… NO… THEY ACTUALLY ADD ON POUNDS… SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM… FOR EXAMPLE… MILK CAN MAKE U REALLY FAT… ALSO… IF U DONT BELIEVE ME LOOK IT UP ON GOOGLE.COM… WELL I HOPE THIS HELPED… N WHOEVER TOLD U DAT THEY R EITHER DUMB… OR REALLLY MEAN!

Im not sure because my acupuncturist is telling me to stay away from milk products…hhmm…Im so confused…But Im not giving up on milk and yogurt….women need calcium

I’m not sure, but I don’t drink anything but 1/2% milk, because I am a heavy duty milk drinker, I drink more milk than anything. I go through about a gallon of milk every two days. I am a little heavy, but I think my skin tone is good. I do think that has kept me young looking because I’m over 40 and I’ve been told I look like I’m in my mid 30′s. So it’s either my genes, or it’s the milk. I can make a 24 pack of pepsi last me a year, but I can’t make milk last me more than 2 days.

No but dairy products are healthy in appropriate portions. I drink milk every day for my bones to stay healthy. Ice cream is OK to in moderation.

No it is a scam but the dairy makert. Any type of dairy product low fat or not is not made for our bodies and you will gain alot of weight if you consume alot of it. And as far as the calcium, there is such a small amount it doesnt help prevent loss, actually we have the highest bones loss problems in the hole world and we drink the most dairy products. Look at countries that dont consume milk, they dont have problems with bone loss. Hmmm think about that.
