“Hair loss.” Not “hair fall.” I suspect that “hair fall” is a literal translation from Hindi into English.
No home remedies for hair loss works. If they did, they would have been sold throughout the world and made someone very, very rich. But premature hair loss is often caused by a viral infection, or a nutritional deficiency, or excess stress. So see your doctor, make sure you take a multivitamin every day, and try doing some relaxation exercises to keep your stress levels low. Good luck!

The beautician I used to go to said that in some instances this can be caused by a tight scalp. She said to gently massage my scalp to where the skin will move back and forth.Do this to your entire scalp throughout the day.I also read in a juicing book that if you juice FRESH ginger root (enough to wet your scalp) massage in for awhile and then shampoo out your hair follicles will be stimulated and opened.Allowing them to breathe. This feels great. But Only do this once a week for 2-3 weeks. After a month or longer do this again for maybe 2 weeks. Kathleen
