Dove has some really good shampoos, conditioners, and such. They have an intense damage therapy one, i think. Try Dove first! Lots of people think that if somethings more expensive, then its better. This is not true! Get some Dove shampoo and conditioner in the kind that you want (intense damage therapy). You will not regret it! Dove does not suck! to whoever said that. It really made my hair better!

I use the goldwell brand and the type i use is the repair and replenishing one.
The only thing is its a bottle so for shampoo and conditioner but its worth it because it really works.
After only a few washes you can notice the differences.

There are many ways to repair damage with products. First of all, Dove sucks. Plain out.
-This is an extremely good product from Ion. My friend had to bleach his hair twice and then dye it again and afterwards, his hair was basically straw. He used this twice and his hair was flawless.

-Now Pantene has sucky shampoos and conditioners but they have a really good hair mask that helps your hair a lot weekly. Its in a round container and its a 5 Minute Hair Masque. I can’t remember the name of it and I’m too lazy to go in my shower and look haha.

Hint: Rinse and splash your hair with cold water in the shower after youve washed and conditioned it for about 15 seconds. It pays off and keeps your hair stronger against damage.

Here’s some home remedies:
-Coconut Milk: Shampoo your hair and use about half or more of the can (more isn’t more really), and put on a shower cap and leave it in your hair for about 10 minutes, then rinse with COLD water.

-Mayonnaise: Yes, Mayonnaise is good for your hair. Its a good idea to get the Hellman’s mayo with olive oil, since olive oil is excellent for your hair. Again shampoo your hair and put the mayo in your damp, towel dryed hair and let it sit with a shower cap over your hair. Let it sit for 10 Minutes and rinse with COLD water. Now, you HAVE to rinse it all out with cold water first, THEN you way wash your hair to help get the smell out. And, yes, you will walk around with your hair smelling like mayo so it would be a great idea to do it on the weekend.

Hope I was a big help!!
