I run on the treadmill every day for an hour and I lift 3lb weights.
however I’d like to know what are the best exercises I can do for my arms and legs. Also, stomach exercise tips would be great as well, crunches aren’t doing as well as I had hoped.

For your arms try 5 pound weights, then 8 pounds.
When I excersize my arms I use 8 pound weights.
Just weight lift with them, in a way that works for you, do it like every other day, try like a set of 20.
Also for legs,
try lunges, & squats. Do this every day & it will make a difference
Try laying on your side, and lift one leg high up into the air, then back down and do as many as you can, for each leg.
For your stomach try sit up’s & crunches, they both work (:

for your stomach do crunches but make sure your feet are always off the ground it will be 10 times more effective
