These products can help you lose weight , they also train u to choose foods that are good for you like vegetables ,grains, water , fruits lean meats etc to enjoy a better life . Its a system where you should be able to enjoy and change your eating habits to eat more healthy ,and include exercise into your life style .
But if you go back to previous eating habits yes you will gain your weight back .
