Question by summerlov’n: What are some tips and hair care recipes that will help grow my hair longer and faster?
Do you know any hair care recipes I can make at home that are good for my hair and that could help my hair grow longer, faster?
I am going on the thirty day no heat challange. I haven’t used heat on my hair for ten days, so far.
I’ve been using sponge curlers and other techniques to make it look good.
Any tips that will help my hair grow longer?

Take prenatal vitamens. U can buy them at Walmart. This works better then any supplements or hair creams you can get. Your nails will grow and your hair and skin will shine.

megagrowth grow lotion. its supposed to be for black people hair , but it works freakin wonders for me, im half white and half mexican but my hair has grown longer faster, i noticed it in the first week. it only costed 4.50$ at walmart

-What has honestly helped my hair shoot out like crazy is every morning I eat a healthy shake. It has strawberries,banana, spinach, and DARK ROMAINE lettuce. If you put more fruit and a bit of the leafy greens, it completely masks the taste. Then when you start to get used to it, start putting in more dark leafy greens. It also helped my face clear up(:
-Take a multivitamin daily or a prenatal pill. Prenatal basically is a multivitamin which has more folic in it which helps the growth of hair
-Try not to wash your hair EVERYDAY. Its summer so just chill and let it rest(: that’s what I do
- Massage your scalp
-I like to put coconut oil on my hair as a hair mask
It really is in what you eat. Hair is just protein so if you increase your protein intake, it’ll grow!!!
Also you can take biotin which helps so much. BUt please! Let me warn you… you need to drink alot of water with that pill! It broke me out when I didn’t. But my hair and nails grew so quickly. You can buy it at your drug store or grocery.

Take a Folic acid and Vitamin B complex supplement everyday. There’s a liquid form of Vitamin B which works better than the capsule. These help in hair growth you see results in a few days. And if you can, use mint shampoo. This is also great in stimulating hair growth. When you massage you feel a tingling sensation and it has a great therapeutic smell. You could easily find this online or in organic grocery stores. This really helps make your hair grow and beautifully.
